Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Please return any item for any reason for up to thirty days from the date shipped. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping; however, your full purchase price will be refunded.

Workmanship is guaranteed for ninety days. If you find that your product is flawed, please return it for repair/replacement/refund. We will refund your exact shipping costs.

We will be happy to repair any item past the ninety day guarantee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both to and from our workshop.

We regret that we cannot issue refunds on items for which we have purchased materials by special customer request. We will, of course, work to correct any "custom" custom orders to the customer's satisfaction.

Care and Safety

Any items on this site can be washed in a regular cold wash, with regular detergent. You can tumble dry any items as well (fabric has been pre-shrunk so that should not be an issue).

Please inspect slings regularly to insure that they are in good condition, as you would with any item that you use with your baby.
All seams are reinforced, and we will gladly assist you if any repairs are necessary. Please discontinue use of your sling if you feel that the weight-bearing seams are compromised in any way.

"Baby-weight Guarantee" -- Lost the baby weight, and now your pouch isn't fitting as it should? Send it back, and we will be happy to size it down to your new slimmer measurements! Your only cost is the shipping to us; we will send it back, re-sized, at no additional charge.
